White Cake Mix

What you will need:
2 eggs +1 stick (1/2 c.) of butter* or margarine softened (not melted)
+ 1/2 c. buttermilk or milk + 1/2 t. vanilla
*please substitute according to your dietary needs

Directions: Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Beat well eggs, butter and vanilla. Next add buttermilk (or milk) and cake mix. Beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 9" x 9" square or 8" or 9" round pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
