Sugar Cookie Mix

What you will need:
1 egg + 1/3 c. of oil + 1 stick (1/2c.) butter* or margarine softened
(not melted) + 1 tsp. vanilla
*please substitute according to your dietary needs

Directions: Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Beat well egg, oil, butter, & vanilla. Next, add cookie mix and beat until well blended. Chill a few hours or overnight. Roll into 1" balls and press down slightly with the bottom of small glass onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until brown around the edges. May frost and decorate after cookies have cooled.
