Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

What you will need:
1 egg + 1 stick (1/2c.) butter* or margarine softened
(not melted) + 1 tsp. vanilla
* for dairy free, please substitute according to your needs

Directions: Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Beat egg well, butter and vanilla (batter will be lumpy). Next stir in the cookie mix until well blended. Drop by the teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
