Our Story …

My grandparents raised my mom and her siblings in a rural community in Wisconsin. Keeping the farmhands well fed was my mother’s job. Those cooking and baking skills were put to the test after several members of our family were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Many of our family favorite recipes have now been converted to gluten free. We are “beyond” knowing what grains to use in gluten free baking. Beyond the Grain’s  unique combination of grains are the key to their yummy taste and texture. With great pleasure, we bring these baked goods to your home.
